A Рекуператор is an промышленные теплообменник in which one fluid flows inside the tubes while the other circulates on the shell side. The tube bundle and shell structure withstand high давление and температура; it is widely used in steam condensation and процесс heating применения.
It delivers reliable производительность at high operating давление and температура and is preferred for steam, condensate, and aggressive shell-side fluids. In-tube очистка and individual tube replacement are possible. Although larger than plate теплообменники, it provides a long-lasting решение under heavy промышленные conditions.
Tubes are manufactured from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, or duplex; the shell is carbon steel or stainless steel. Depending on the application, copper-nickel, titanium, or special-alloy tubes may be used. Material selection is based on fluid corrosion and design давление.
They are used in power plants, refining and petrochemicals, food pasteurization, steam системы, marine, ОВиК central plants, and waste-heat recovery проекты. Steam condenser, экономайзер, and рекуператор применения belong to this family.
