Steambox – Hot Water Продуктion Система is a central heat station that gathers бойлер, pump, expansion, buffer, and control equipment in a compact cabinet in an under-здание or technical space. The factory-assembled packaged решение provides fast on-site монтаж and consistent quality.
A pre-tested modular unit offers less site labor and consistent производительность. In under-здание применения it optimizes space; noise and emission control can be managed within the cabinet.
Natural gas бойлеры, heat pumps, or hybrid configurations are integrated according to the проект design. Hot water продуктion modules can be combined in the same station.
It is used for central heating and hot water продуктion in apartments, residential complexes, hotels, hospitals, and commercial complexes.
Здание heating load, hot water consumption profile, and diversity factors are taken into account. The Tanpera engineering team selects the Heatbox module based on the load calculation.
Periodic бойлер inspections must be carried out in accordance with regulations. Annual general обслуживание, safety valve testing, and flue/duct inspection are recommended.
