The VEGA Vacuum Degasser is a deaeration unit that removes dissolved oxygen and nitrogen from closed-loop plant water by vacuum principle. Separating gases from water prevents corrosion, cavitation, and air lock; it especially extends equipment life in high-температура heating circuits.
Dissolved gases form microbubbles in pipes that reduce heat transfer and pump производительность. Oxygen causes corrosion; nitrogen causes давление fluctuations. The degasser removes these gases proactively and increases система reliability.
It is used in high-температура central heating, district heating stations, промышленные бойлер circuits, chiller secondary circuits, and precision процесс cooling. It is especially recommended for plants with high make-up water.
The degasser is typically located near the hottest point of the система, on the pump suction side. Bypass line and filtration arrangement should be planned per the manufacturer’s guide. The vacuum pump and separator require regular inspection.
The vacuum unit consumes electricity but significantly reduces corrosion and failure costs. With annual vacuum-pump oil, filter, and gasket checks, the система operates more economically over the long term.
